All programs are provided by licensed insurance agents and/or brokers operating in the states where the policies or programs are offered or issued. Association Health and Wellness Central is provided as a service to partner associations or group affinity programs, and is not the entity marketing, providing, offering insurance, sharing or wellness products. All products and services are provided by carriers or ministries, who market and evaluate potential customers, through their own marketing and approval channels. Health care sharing is not insurance, but may offered by insurance agents.  Some programs require medical approvals and/or evaluations. In some cases associations may generate fees from program providers. You should reach out to your association, financial, or insurance advisor to assess whether you should participate in any program.
